West Millennium Group is an infill developer of multi-family for sale and mixed use development in Southern California. I had the priveledge of serving as the Director of Acquisition and Development for West Millennium until July 2007, before returning to graduate school. While there, I acquired new development opportunities, selected and led consultant teams to entitle more than 1000 units, and structured debt and equity for more than $500MM of product.
